Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée Minervois (AOC) - Red Wine


Grape Varieties : Shiraz, Carignan

Vinification method : Harvested by hand, fermented via a special 'macération carbonique' method, kept in the vat for 15 days

The 2004 Cuvée Laurence was aged in oak for 8 months.

Terroir : clay and limestone soil, Mediterranean climate.

Aged in oak barrels. Conservation 5 to 8 years.

flagrant and expressive nose, marked by aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla and slightly candied
Mouth :
is built on a noble tannins, smooth and fine. It provides volume and fullness and a beautiful aromatic generosity.
